At MLO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MLO account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
